math paper went very badly. very disappointed in myself. not because i didn't study hard enough. (but then again, when can studying EVER be enough?) but more because i couldn't get myself together during the paper. can't believe that thoughts of quitting even crossed my mind. sigh. well it's over now. just gotta learn from it and move on.
six days have gone by but i still feel like throwing up. finished the course of antibiotics but i still don't feel like my normal self. getting tired so easily and feeling all disgusting.
hm anyway yesterday's afternoon out with dee, joops, sarah and qing more than made up for all ill feelings toward the aftermath of eoys. my very time doing this sort of thing. we went to raffles city via the public bus and then had lunch at MIX. this really cool place which serves salads in wraps (like o'briens!) and they even give you the calorie count! served great fruit smoothies too. they've renovated and expanded the basement floor of that place and now it's full of lotsa these soupsalad places. i think it can be my dream food place. oh and we saw beatricechia seated like what 10m away from us. when she stood up we got to see how tall she is and omg she's really tall. the ambience was goot cos we were seated infront of the funky foutain which looked really pretty. talked about loadsa stuff and for once in my whole entire life i suddenly felt like a normal teenager. ok that sounds stupid but i usually feel like a pariah slash eccentric weirdo slash retard all the time. ahhaha. hm then after that we got up and walked ard the whole of raffles city. the ben&jerrys scooper waved at dee and i and we were both taken aback by her friendliness. heard that ben&jerrys scoopers are of high calibre. haha. as in really polite and all that. erps then next we headed toward some underpass (i have forgotten what it's called). but i think the underpass is really cool cos it has all these nice shops! and suddenly we ended up at SUNTEC. i was so amazed... i mean raffles city to suntec?! out of this world... then we proceeded to walk ard suntec and i got introduced to YAMIYOGHURT. which was really yummy. ok then we went all the way back to raffles city and took an mrt to orchard and then a bus back to school to sign our meritaward thingums. sho cool, sho cool. but for some reason i was really really tired and my legs were aching. hahaha. a sign that i need to start exercising (note, not training, just EXERCISING cos i am so unfit that i can't get to that level of exertion yet).
so yes, my very first "towning" experience, but out of town. nice nice. ooh and oh yeah at the mrt station joops qing and i spotted one of our batchmates helping a blind man! we were all like woah and we all felt really proud to be wearing our uniform. lawl. then later qing went up to her to tell her that we'd seen her in action. hahahah.
anw if you guys are reading this, thanks for the really great tour around out of town areas haha. going to be one of those days that i'll reminisce about when i go to potato sack sch.
came home lazed around and got fat. didn't get to go for training cos D said i should wait for URTI to clear up. was darn tired but i couldn't sleep (again). thennn in the evening we went out for dinner. ahhah to raffles city again. ate at OUT OF THE PAN which served really great food.
came home grew even fatter and stayed up to watch CSI and the OC. like omigawd i've been dying to watch those things since forever. CSI was way cool!
and then today i woke up at 9. hahah first time in who knows how long that i've slept in. woooo.
but this would all really be more enjoyable if the damn bacteria would stop making me feel like throwing up! -groans.
me is now in guilt phase whereby me starts READING CHINESE BOOKS and LISTENING TO CHINESE MUSIC. i'd do math but it gives me an even worse headache.
